Compass Basketball Academy is an alternative to traditional prep school where enhanced exposure for scholarship opportunities and intensive, comprehensive development will prepare players of all ability to compete, thrive and become impact members of their college team. Compass is designed to get a player ready for college and find the best fit for them to enjoy and embrace the experience.

Players that were under the radar, recovering from injury, deemed ‘late bloomers’, or recruited players looking to raise their profile and level of recruitment will achieve great success in our program. All players need direction to develop the habits and routines that will help curate their talent and maximize their potential.

Our mission is to not only mold great players but also create strong, respectful young men. We hold our kids accountable every day and make them understand it’s bigger than basketball. The game is a powerful life tool when approached the right way.
