Freddie has spent over 25 years as an accomplished coach in college basketball, being an assistant and head coach in the BIG EAST and BIG 10 ( Villanova, Seton Hall, Northwestern, Marquette, and Rutgers). Freddie has coached many high level players and helped guide them in the right direction. He has strong new jersey roots.

RICH DALATRI

COACH / PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Rich spent over 20 years in the NBA as an assistant coach / player development coach. Including a long tenure with the New Jersey Nets and 30 years in professional basketball in total across the NBA and Europe.

Matt Farrell

ASSISTANT COACH
Matt was a former standout at Notre Dame from 2014-2018. After college, he spent 4 years playing professionally in the NBA G-League & Europe. Matt recently participated in the NBA CDP (Coaching Development Program).

Director of Sports Psychology. Board-Certified Sport Psychologist Licensed Psychologist. 15 years of experience servicing scholar-athletes at the Division I, Division III and Ivy League ranks in sport performance, injury recovery & high school-to-college transitions.
